"I am so excited about our new purchase and cannot wait to sleep on our new bed. I truly could had fallen asleep in the store after only 5 mins on the sleep number 360 climate bed. Wow!!! Made our decision very easy. Our salesperson was Roman and he was the nicest young man. Very helpful, personable and had a great personality. Once the bed is delivered and I sleep on it I will make another review. But I'm sure it will be 5 stars too just from the little time laying on it in the store."

"Haven't had my bed a year, paid $12,000 for it and have already had 2 major issues with the bed already. Takes up to a week to get stuff fixed , we are currently sleeping on an air mattress and they dont care, customer service is rude as hell. All they want is your money once they have that they could carless about you. Our sales rep said he would call and check on us 2 weeks after we had the bed and then again after a month , and we have not gotten one phone call since we walked out of the store after the purchase not a one (crickets) and that was almost a year ago. Thanks Jim for all the lies just to make the Sale, Sleep Number is a joke overpriced for trash."

"Purchased a bed here a few years ago for over $3,000 and the bed is no longer functioning properly. We were told we had full warranty coverage when we purchased the bed and now they want us to pay $800 to get our $3,000 bed working properly again. I DO NOT recommend getting a Sleep Number Bed!"
