The customer service is impeccable since the first day inquiring about a unit to actually being a tenant. The customer service has been top-tier. They are so nice and helpful. I feel valued as a Tenant. My storage unit fits a two bedroom home and I still have be extra space. It’s easily accessible and feels very secure. You also can’t beat the location, it’s right off the highway, so I’m not limited to where I am moving. I would not hesitate with this storage place. It was definitely the right choice for me."
