"Great place to work"

"This company’s employees are rude and like to block cars in with their trucks. I am an attorney. I was working in the Johnson County Courthouse in Franklin IN. I came out of court today to go to my next court appearance in another county. My car and another lady’s car were blocked in by an Office 360 truck. There were other places the truck could have gone. It was just sitting there, open and empty, blocking us in. According to another lawyer the truck had been there awhile, for hours. I had to call courthouse security, then I went around looking for the driver because I could not wait for security and I even called Office 360’s office for help because this was going to make me late for court. When the security finally found the drivers/staff they were rude and didn’t seem to understand the problem. They didn’t apologize but instead gave me attitude, dirty looks, and argued with me. There was no way to get ahold of these people for help with their abandoned truck other than to go track them down in a huge government building/complex. It took almost 25 minutes to find them to get the truck moved. There was no contact information on the truck. Calling the phone number on the internet gets you to someone who claims she will contact the warehouse, who knows if she did or if that ever reached the driver. Meanwhile the clock is ticking and I’m going to get into trouble for being late for my next court appearance! Very rude employees who didn’t consider that the people they are blocking in have places to be!! This company needs to find employees that have consideration for others. I would recommend using a company that hires more considerate employees. I certainly hope these employees were reprimanded for this experience. I am a small business owner and I will NEVER use Office 360."
