"Our experience with Brown's Flooring was flawless! Bob came out the day after we initially called to discuss a quote on repairing and replacing hardwood, and after seeing our large dog, suggested we look into vinyl plank. He measured everything, and we went to the shop to look through some samples. Everyone we dealt with at the shop was incredibly professional and friendly. The installation was the best experience we have had with someone working on a project at our house by a wide margin. Ken was incredibly prompt and professional, and left the house cleaner than he found it on a daily basis.
