"Put in a new carpet, charge me more than what I was originally quoted, because they said that the measurements were off which I found fishy but they were already here. Three years later in a room that we hardly ever use, I noticed the carpets coming up a bit and they want to charge me to come back out and stretch it and re-tack it one year workmanship. I own company I give a 10 year workmanship on my work. Shady with shotty installation stay away."

"2nd time around in a couple years got hardwood floors. First time had some issues with install and these guys went way over and above to take care of them!! 3 rooms and a hallway not a small job but these folks and their installers stood behind their work and word!! Sure don't get that these days. This time just a bedroom but came thru awesome and no muss or fuss.. Gonna use em for our other 2 bedrooms and bathrooms as well. Highly Recommended!!!!"

"Very nice sales girl found the flooring we are looking for they came out and measured quote was fair price. With the holidays and time constraints on our part will need to delay the purchase. Will be back and get with sales person. First of year. They were very understanding and no pressure sales."

"Gave me a price and the salesperson wrote all of this information on a card. I went in the next day to place the order and was then told by the manager "that price doesn't include moving the furniture". I decided to let that pass assuming the salesperson just made an honest mistake. Then started to ask questions about the pad I was getting and was told by my salesperson that I was getting the better quality pad. Since that didn't sound right, I asked another employee who seemed to have more knowledge and he confirmed my suspicion and I was getting a lesser quality pad. Just a bad vibe all the way around with the company so I cancelled my order and bought elsewhere."

"Loved the selection of flooring but it doesn’t matter the quality of materials if the installation is botched. I had two rooms carpeted and the kitchen done with vinyl flooring. For some reason they ordered a carpet roll too short to fully cover my living room and had to improvise which meant running the carpet seam down the middle of the living room which after 2 attempts is still and eye sore. The kitchen has buckling of the flooring from bad cuts and trying to force the flooring together. Had Joe come out several times to look at the carpet and the solution was to cut the carpet so the seam wouldn’t stand out. Sad!! If you are trying to flip a house might be a good idea but if you want to improve your home I would pass. The warranty mean nothing if they are going to come out and continue more shotty work."
