"Tish gave me an estimate of $6600 for a 400 sq ft family room to install vinyl plank flooring. They tore out the floor on Monday and said then afterward said the floor was not level. On Wednesday still with no floor, they said it would cost an additional $7900 to level the floor before they can go forward with installation. This would make the total $14,500 for 400 square feet of floor! I have asked for an invoice with line item descriptions on what adds up to $7900 and they have not responded. In addition, they taped plastic sheets over items on the wall and the tape has pulled off patches of my flat paint which will require the entire room to be repainted. Big scam! It sounds like this is there M.O."

"Appointment was set for 5:30 but I finally called at 6:00. The sales rep said he was at his son’s house (forgot). He finally got to our home at seven. I had specifically asked him to bring specific samples to our home but he did not bring any of those. Took measurements and said he would email a quote. By the next week I had to call again and he said he sent it to us. He did not. So the next day we finally received the quote. I called to see if they would go over the quote with us. Our sales person said he was at a customers home and would call me back in 30 minutes. It has been a week and still no call back. Apparently they do not want to do business. Our salesman told us he had been doing this for thirty years and his name started with S. Beware!"

"Tish made it so easy - great service, selection, and reasonable prices! David educated me, kept his promises, and didn't try to sell me his most expensive carpet. The installers were skilled, professional, fast, on time, and cleaned up as they went. Even the service rep was great - polite and respectful and called me to confirm the appointment for the installation. We are very happy with Tish - excellent experience!"

"We had Tish come out for new laminate in our kitchen and dining room,and entry, in December 2022. The salesman told us we didn't want to use laminate in those rooms because of high traffic and the elements of rain and snow, and that we should have luxury vinyl installed instead, so against my better judgment that is what we did,here it is 8 months later and my almost $4000. Investment looks terrible, the seams are pulling apart, there are bubbles where screws are coming up, I reached out to Tish with absolutely no response what so ever, I would not recommend this company to anyone, we are absolutely discusted with our floor, I have included some photos, but that is just some it's all over. Thanks Tish for taking responsibility"
