"If there was a negative rating I would give that! I was patient thru covid but this is beyond. Bought a very expensive semi custom kitchen thru them in Dec 2020. Cabinet brand was Decora - owned by MasterBrand. Had a custom fridge panel made. Zinn installed FOUR of them . They were delivered damaged on three of them. The 4th Zinn used the wrong screws - too long- and drilled thru the front of my cabinet. Hello - rookie mistake for someone who has been in the biz for a while! Measure twice cut once is my motto and I'm not even in the biz! Called Masterbrand this week and low and behold my fridge panel has been at Zinn for a few months! Its been 5 months and Zinn has never called me to tell me the fridge panel was in. I told you I was patient. But now I'm furious!! By the way - we referred them prior to this mess so we gave them business of another entire kitchen as well as our master bathroom remodel! You'd think they would WANT us to be happy and refer more but no!"

"My parents are completely remodeling their kitchen. Cabinets got put in yesterday and they look beautiful! The installation guys were great to work with. The issues are - DARYL. He didn’t put the order in for the counter tops until last week (the original orders were made back in May - this is August). Daryl lied saying they were on back order while other people in the company are acknowledging he failed to order them back in May. Daryl is a pain. He provides horrible customer service and is so rude. He gave us $150 off for his mistake - a $500+ mistake. Guess what that means - 2+ more weeks of not having a kitchen."
