"Temperature Checks were not done on everyone. Mask requirements were not enforced. Adult Staff was rude and condensing. Young Child staff acted as bullies to skaters, ran in to people, were skating very fast and decided to threaten people. Many of the lockers were not working. Bathrooms were dirty and had no dry toilet paper, the paper that was there was in the bowl. Lock on Stalls didn't work, didn't have soap The Food was ok for a Sake rink.. but it took me 10 minutes to place my order, The person manning the counter didn't pay attention. It took far to long to get my food and I had to go back and get it. The tables in the eating area had many tables that were broken and the top did not stay still. The Music was very heavy on the base (to the point where it hurt my chest) and the selection of the music was in appropriate for a family location. Almost all of the music had cursing in or sexual context. The large screen they had usually had videos that were in appropriate for anyone under 18. I attempted to bring this up to the staff and I was given the finger in response. **edit to respond to owner** I SAW, about 10 people get in out a temperature check. There were NO police onsite, if there were the fight that happened would have been addressed differently. I did bring it up to staff that the lockers were not working. If your staff is not on the floor, then who are the kids in your hats running round and threatening to kick other kids off the floor. Yes I was given the finger, being religious does not mean things don't go wrong. If you were religious I would have expected music with out cursing in it, and the image of the woman in underwear is proof of that. When ever I tried to talk to any of your staff they were snotty, rude, disrespectful, and dismissive. I WILL NOT be giving you another chance."

"Staff was very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that some of the game's were not working and took the kid's tokens. The place needs a good cleaning. Bathrooms were real dirty, area where they make the food was dirty and out in the open. Very run down looking and smelly."

"Had a nice going away get together for my daughter. They had a nice time, however most of the games were out of service."

"My boyfriend and I went here for our date night. It was very fun and the facilities (although old) were well kept. The 2 people working did a great job of getting to us in a timely manner despite a big birthday party and 2 other big groups of families. They do offer food (regular kid friendly pizza and fried cheese sticks type) and they have some kid friendly arcade games there that are extremely well priced. I will be going back even though I'm 26."

"To be honest I don’t know how it has so many good reviews. I chose it due to decent ones. As soon as we walked in the front door an overwhelming smell of marijuana was present. The food was horrid and obviously had been sitting for a long time. Plus, the music was anything but child friendly!!"
