Murphy Aquatic Park

"Our family loves to hang out here. The swimming park has slides, a wave pool, a toddler pool with sensory toys and a cool ramp with sprinklers. The Cabanas are different sizes and the rental price is great. There are plenty of poolside chairs. The restrooms are always clean and the concession is cool. The park outside of the water area is extremely nice and fun for families. The prices are good and Avon residents get a discount."

"Great nice family water park. You can walk right into the water from several points. The wave pool is really fun. The two large water slides are big enough to give a thrill but not so huge as to be intimidating. My 7 year old grandson was able to do the blue one fully alone. The green one starts off enclosed and he wasn't ready to try it this visit. We got a hot dog, chips, and a medium drink from the snack stand for $8. We are not town residents so entry was $20 for us both. We only used the family restroom while there. The first time it was beginning of day and no issues. Later on the floor was very slippery from water. It would be nice if they added some non slip grips or mats. Everything was clean. Parking is free."

"This place is great. I have a 12-year-old girl and an eight year old boy and they had a blast. The water activities available are great for children of all ages. There is a small section for infants and babies that is completely shaded with a nice bench for parents to sit in the water or out of the water. There are two body slides available, there is a basketball hoop in the center of the large pool and there is a great wave pool. The wave pool runs 10 minutes on 10 minutes off and it is not deep. There are two family restrooms, there is a first aid section, there are regular restrooms, there are lockers, there’s vending machines, concession stands with food that’s reasonably priced. Falls in line with most other parks I’ve seen and I’m not talking like deep River waterpark or Wisconsin Dells because those are in a completely different class. They have life vests and Floaties of all sizes of all styles of all functions available for FREE for anyone who needs to use them inside the park. There is plenty of shaded options but make sure you get here at a reasonable time if you would like a certain amount of lawn chairs or a specific shaded area. They do have cabanas for rental and honestly it is a steal for the amount of privacy shade and convenience you get with a cabana. The staff is absolutely wonderful, the people seem very friendly, the park did a great job with this place!! From what I can see people are allowed to bring in their own food and drink. While we were here there was a birthday party held in its own shaded area but not secluded from the rest of the park. Very family friendly. Great admission prices with in and out privileges with a hand stamp! We will definitely invest in the family pass! Well worth it all around!"

"Loved this place when it 1st opened it is a little expensive a d now is very crowded but when we went it wasn't has awesome wave pool. The food there isn't very good so I would suggest pack a cooler and eat outside"

"We loved our first trip here and looking forward to coming back as many times as possible this summer! Super clean and well thought out layout for the pools and play areas! Staff were polite and friendly!"
