Even the other contractors are wowed! It’s beautiful!! Cory and his team were not only professional but also incredibly insightful, and guided us seamlessly through the process. This was especially valuable as we were unfamiliar with such projects. My sister, unfortunately, had to use her builder's choice and isn’t thrilled with her kitchen outcome. After seeing ours, she and her husband have now consulted with Stone Artisans to enhance their space as well. New Homeowners - you can choose your own stone company! You’re the boss, so exercise your choice on the fabricator used to assist building your kitchen and bath! Otherwise your kitchen will look just like someone else’s. "You can assess a business not by how things go when they go well, but how they go when things do not. This isn't to say that Cory and his team are bad at what they do, but quite the opposite. They also understand how to adapt and adjust to resolve the realities of simply adapting around problems and issues w/ solutions that require many moving parts. Our original countertop installation around the edges of our kitchen went well. With some minor adjustments needed and trim resized/cut, it was all handled quickly and efficiently both on the original installation date, and then on a followup date when our island arrived. However, their work on helping us resolve the island issue is what shined. We had chosen a granite slab that had a defect that was not noticed by the manufacturer, the supplier, and Cory's team. When they drilled it, the slab fractured upon moving it. They tried another similar one. Same defect. They checked multiple similar slabs from multiple suppliers, same defect. This cost his team time/$ and he kept pushing to find a slab that might work. We ultimately decided that the design/slab/pattern we'd chosen wasn't the only one we might like and found another that worked just as well. That one went in without a hitch. I have had companies I've attempted to work with but wound up working against. People who simply are out to make a quick buck and scream the moment you ask a question. Cory and his team are struggling with supplier issues and the simple randomness of natural stone, but they are there to do good work. Mission accomplished."
