"Not only did store manager and asm manger lie directly to us when trying to a return with a receipt but than further made the issue worse by allowing their employee to raise their voice. We requested to speak with the manger above them and were told that we should just call corporate. We will be contacting corporate and we will no longer be shopping with Lowe’s even though we have used them as our main supplier for flipping home for multiple years."

"I went to Lowe’s today to get appliances and omg the people were great. This is my first time doing a review but honestly the way the staff treated me as a customer is what I wish I could get every where. The 5 ladies that help me today worked as a team. AJ, Courtney, Crystal, Jordan and another young lady that worked in Customer service was great. Thank you ladies for the experience and I can say I’m a new loyal customer."

"I had to buy a new water heater, and the staff went above and beyond dealing with the installation company. I do not recommend going with their installer who quoted me $2200 to install an $850 water heater. This was more than 3x what I ended up paying another company, including a $375 charge to pick up the unit from the store which is 4 miles from my house."

"Staff were mostly friendly but the accuracy of the inventory left a sour taste in my mouth. I called ahead of time to confirm they had in stock (92397) and was told they had 400+, they couldn't find it. Ended up at Home Depot finding a similar product."
