"Just delivery truck dropped off landscaping blocks. He was absolutely one of the worse delivery person I ever seen. I asked let make sure I have all materials counted so Incase if they are not right you are here. Just few minutes. He said I don’t have f… time to count. So rude. Menards has the most trouble delivery drivers. For last 20 years I bet I have used menards delivery for not more than 5 times and I spent hundreds of thousand every year , but never use the delivery. All my delivery goes to Lowe’s. This is the basic business, you have to sign off on products that you received but this guy didn’t care what so ever. Im so mad that I want to return all 12 pallets."

"I'd been having trouble finding rigid foam plant protectors for cold weather & looked on the Fishers Menards website earlier today. It showed they had some in stock so I called the store to confirm. I spoke to Sumner in hardware who was very helpful - he initially couldn't locate them & rather than keep me waiting on the phone, he offered to continue looking & to email me with his results. A short time later I received an email from him saying he found them & put the 2 that I needed aside for me. I went to the store after dinner & purchased them. Sumner really went above & beyond in my opinion! I know this was a small thing, not a large purchase but he treated it with importance & I really appreciate that. Kudos also to Cody in hardware who retrieved them for me when I got there - these young men displayed excellent customer service & should be commended & recognized for their great attitudes & willingness to help. They are excellent employees - thank you!"

"Yes! They all look the same! Always very consistently clean, friendly staff and easy to find what you need! It never fails, even at this location, you get the friendly hello as you enter the store and it’s easy to find someone to point you in the right direction! Always a place to relaxed while travelling by being able to take a brief walk inside. Hours are also great as they open early and close late!"
