One should keep in mind that though they do sell to the general public, this is a company that mainly works with builders and contractors, so any diy type should be a very experienced one who has a firm understanding of what they need. They can provide a very wide range of products from a variety of manufacturers that may not be necessarily shown in their showroom our warehouse."

"I called and spoke to a young man there almost two months ago. I expressed my need for either assistance or guidance for a project I was wanting to take on. He assured me this was no problem. I was told to email him with photos and dimensions etc etc. I did that the same day. I waited almost 3 weeks and emailed him again to confirm receipt. Nothing. So I called in and spoke to another individual who then reassured me that he would make note of my call and have the original individual call me back. It's been another 3 weeks and nothing. So, all I have to say is pathetic customer service."

"I was having difficulty locating a lock for a sliding door. Called up and got in touch with Matt. He took the info I had, and said he would look around and call me the next day. Here’s the thing, he did exactly what he said he would do, and I now have a functioning door lock. I thought that this kind of customer service went away with the 3 wheel atv. Thankfully I was wrong"

"Unresponsive.............I'm planning a new home build in Greenwood and was trying to avoid the big box stores. I spoke to someone on the phone about figuring up structural materials based on my blueprints. He had me email the prints. That was two months ago. I've emailed several times since then and can't even get a response. Last Saturday I took the prints to Home Depot."
