"They have a long way to go in training. Every time I have come in there’s been a problem with the POS system or they can’t find a manager or they don’t even try to help with technical questions."
"Product was sold to us faulty, was going to do an exchange, but the associates at this location treated me so bad, decided I would just take my business elsewhere. So asked for a refund, they the said it would be a 20% restock fee, it wasn’t easy to pack up the broken machine on our end and now they want to charge us over 100 dollars for taking a machine home assembling it, to find out it’s broken. Worst costumer service I’ve ever experienced. Shops elsewhere."
