They didn't have the part I needed. But Pam took time to look around the Web real quick while I was on the phone, To help me find the part I was looking for. "I have ordered from Tool Planet a couple of times. The first order I placed came in a timely manner with my items working as they should. My second order was for a pump, which was meant to be used as an extra on hand just in case something happened to the one I had. That said, I had no reason to hook up the water pump to check it since I wouldn't be using it at the moment. Time went on and when I did NEED the water pump I realized it was damaged and didn't work at all. I reached out to the company with no resolve. Not even an apology. It seemed as though Pam found it sketchy that I didn't immediately hook up an item I bought as a back up. Round and around for over a week and I was forgotten about. I reached out two more times with no resolve. That said, I'll shop elsewhere for items I need."

"This was my first purchase from Tool Planet. I found them while trying to find a product that is erroneously considered to be "special" and therefor priced at a premium at specialty retailers if they even carry them. Not only did they have the product but, had it in packs of multiples and at a good price. I recommend you create an account when ordering. I failed to do this since I had not done business with them before and have way too many retail accounts already. This meant that I could not track my order online via my login. Not a big deal but, if you track your logistics like I do, I like to be able to do it myself ;-) I called the phone number but, got an answering machine as happens so many places during these problematic time; no negative there, just mentioning it for others. I got a quick response to emailing them for my order status. Pam was pleasant, precise and gave me all the info I could need. If Pam's boss in reading this, give her a raise. The product arrived well packed, on time and was exactly what I ordered. I will recommend Tool Planet to others and I recommend them to whoever is reading this review."
