"Awful experience, unfortunately. I'm out a liner, and my pool heater is a complete pile of scrap, and they wouldn't work with us. Avoided our phone calls all summer long. The whole office. Dave, the owner, his daughter Megan, and Matt. Finally, get ahold of Dave after dealing with Matt and Megan awful experience to say we could repurchase a Heater through them. They closed our underground pool fall of 2021, and come summer of 2022, we realized our plumbing had burst. They refused to pay or fix or even take the blame, nothing but issues with the company they want your money and don't care. It's unfortunate to have a company be so downright greedy when you trusted these people to complete a job. It's a shame our family had so many issues with this family owned business and a shame. I have to sit and write this so others don't also get screwed."
