"Becoming very disenchanted with not just the fact that simple button snaps cost 300% more at joanns ($7.99)than what they cost at Hobby Lobby($1.99) but the insane wait for simple under 5 item orders. I've been waiting for 3 hours for ONE spool of thread that I know for a fact is in stock. (I was there before I ordered and ordered for pickup due to online pricing. ) this is becoming a consistent issue. That is very irritating and not conducive of a good customer experience. If danville had other options, I would never step foot in this store again. It's becoming more of a hassle than what it's worth."

"I came to the mall at 10 til. I needed to run in and grab something. DO NOT put your store hours until 8 if your gates down before 8. Make you're store hours until 7:10. Smh."
"Found what I needed. Then waited for over 15 minutes for a lady to come to register to check me out. They have a button to push up by the register to notify the cashier , but it is not marked as such. When the sales clerk heard it; she could have at least acknowledged it before finishing then leisurely coming up to check out. I wonder how many people just walk out with the merchandise with no cashier .????"
