"I'll keep it short but I will never waste my time at this place again. They might have a good service dept but the sales is a joke. 2 weeks ago, my husband walked out with the GM behind him offering to do a 24 hr test drive. (Mind you we're almost in Tuscaloosa county) but had found the vehicle we wanted. I test drove, had insurance and financing lined up the next day ready to buy as an inexperienced salesman was making promise after promise and we had gotten the cost down but not much. However, it was fair market price. Take vehicle back and find out that he could not make the promises he said (that I still have in writing) whereas the finance manager gets involved. Finance manager proceeds to say that "not all the equipment is in the listing, I've got to put it in JD Powers software" 20 minutes later, proceeds to walk out and instead of the $30k price, "that vehicle was supposed to be listed at $35k not lower" I don't tolerate a bait and switch, so the vehicle was left. Vehicle pricing was NEVER changed online to reflect this $35k new price and still is not, as of a few days ago when a friend was looking. So, buyer beware, apparently this is how they do business and I will never give them the time of day again when car shopping. I was able to find another identical vehicle for less price locally within 24 hours and had a professional experience versus this one."
