"Not friendly at all! Ordered burger with what wanted on it. Didn't have what I ordered and then when brought it to their attention, very rude but did add what we ordered. Will NEVER go to this Wendy's again."

"This has got to be the worst one of all time. Once again my fries are colder then my soda. My spicy nuggets are old and dry and like chewing a tire. My double stack has more ketchup on it than the Heinz plant. It's the closest one to my house and each time it's old and cold. And it's 548pm prime dinner time. Let's go back to quality not quickness of your order. I'm giving zero stars!!!!!!!"

"It's a Wendy's attached to a gas station. So don't feel bad about the 3 star atmosphere. It is what it is. That being said, the food is pretty good, and the service has always been fast and great. I do online pickup orders and they always have my food ready when I get there. Plus, they're open later than a lot of places in Cullman, which is awesome since I have nights where I don't get done with work til after other places are shutting down. I usually get the baconator because they're one of the few places that use real bacon, and they don't make them sloppy messes. Their chicken sandwiches are good too, as is the chili. And if you don't get a frosty to dip your fries in, you're doing it wrong."

"Poor customer service. Waited in line 30 minutes. Got to the window to be told their scanner doesn't work for the rewards. The girl was rude an unprofessional. I asked if she could manually key it in ? She answered NO. Between my rewards and offer it was more than $9.00 difference so I refused to pay it and just left . So waited 30 minutes , received horrible service , and still didn't get any food. Ridiculous. Wendys need to properly train their staff or do a better job at hiring more competent employees ."
