"Visited the Montclair office almost three weeks ago, my insurance approved of the medication but I needed a PA. It is now going on the 4th week and still no PA. I’ve never had these issues from the St. Vincent’s office. I’ve called and called, they collected my number and keep saying they will call me back. Today I called to inquire about the PA was left on hold and hung up on. I will NEVER AGAIN VISIT THE MONTCLAIR OFFICE. Horrible Horrible experience. Never again."
