"So far everything we have tried has been amazing! I loved the lentil saffron soup! Tonight is the chicken lemonato! With Greek rice and roasted vegetables! So tasty!"
"This place is a GEM! Super friendly staff and colorful, tasty food which was not only delicious but also a feast for the eyes! First, we were surprised the with an appetizer of pita triangles with Tzatziki & Hummus. The generous portions of the Chicken Kabob dinner served with salad, roasted potatoes and mixed veggies was everything that I had hoped it would be! Delicious! I will definitely be back soon.❤️"
"My daughter & I had been out most of the day & decided we wanted to eat out. Where we were is generally over saturated with corporate owned chain types, which I personally detest. So I pulled up yelp, to get an idea of what else there might be on our way home, and I found Agora. I'd been having a taste for Mediterranean food for a while, & we decided to give it a shot. I didn't realize how new they were. They seem to do a pretty good business with takeout, but there were a few people sitting at booths. A pretty simple menu, but with a few items I've never tried. I love baba ghanoush & hummus, but had never tried the Spicy Turkish, so we ordered one of each. Wow! The hummus was super creamy & fresh, as was the smoky baba ghanoush. The Spicy Turkish was smoky, spicy, tomato-y, just amazing! And served with both a soft pita, and a crunch fried pita. We couldn't stop. We'd then gotten our salad, which was delightfully fresh, with spring greens & feta and a perfect tangy herbed vinaigrette. Our main courses really took our breath away. First, the portions are SUPER generous. My daughter ordered the chicken kababs, which came out perfectly juicy, with just the right amount of char. Her fries were more like a roasted herbed potato, and really delicious. I tend to avoid fries, but knowing how they're prepared, I would order these next time. The rice was tender & flavorful and a perfect balance to the rest of the meal. My entree was chicken Lemonata. I like to try new foods & was really impressed with this delicate lemony dill sauce on the perfectly cooked chicken. The staff was short handed, with no wait staff, but the owner & kitchen staff all took turns making sure we were taken care of, and thanked us for our patience. The food was definitely worth the wait, and the quality, as well as the quantity, went beyond expectations. I will be recommending Agora to all my friends, and I hope they find some help soon, because I can see this place doing a rocking dine in service. A great, new, hidden gem. We'll definitely be going back."
"Got the Lentil soup and it is so good!! Baba ganoush and Turkish dip with the toasted pitas was awesome. Roasted veggies had that delish charred flavor. BYO chicken breast bowl was amazing too. Lots of options to choose from. Everything is cooked from scratch. Looking at pics from other reviews and I already want to go back for dinner. The owner Faisal is an amazing cook and very friendly. Go check it out, you won’t be disappointed!"
"You eat with your eyes first and the carry out looks and tastes amazing! Agora recently opened and we tried as much as we could for carry out. The lentil soup was creamy and light. The cheese pie appetizer has a filo dough casing with a creamy cheese inside. The entrees were fantastic! I honestly think this place could compete with other sit down restaurants once they find their footing. Of course there are some things to work out but each dish is plated beautifully and the ingredients taste ultra fresh."
