"This place became so filthy after four years living here. Roaches feast with me at the table. The staff are horrible at their jobs. The maintenance man schedules a time when he’ll come and never show up. 9/10 guy will show up at night or when you aren’t home. I live on the bottom floor and I experience many maintenance issues due to the floor above me not being properly maintained. Over the years my neighbors became ghetto. I literally hear switches in my sleep now. There are also street cats that knock on your door begging, meowing for food! DO NOT LIVE HERE!"

"This place does not care about your safety nor your health. They do not really care about your maintenance concerns. They huffy and puffy when you need things fixed. And they do the bare minimum. Then when you try to get out of your lease they want to go back on they word with everything they told you. This is not that place to stay if you want to be comfortable in your own apartment. They are not helpful in any way and try to place blame upon the tenant. This is one of the worst apartment complexes that I’ve ever stayed in. Definitely not worth your money."

"I have been a resident here for about a year now and I am pleased with my apartment experience. It's not perfect, but what complex is. There are some things that could use some improving and a bit of a facelift, but overall, I think these apartments are fairly decent. The only downside is they are a bit small. The office staff are very pleasant and helpful. The groundsmen and maintenance team are efficient and knowledgeable on how to repair things properly. The location is super and the area is safe. I did my homework and researched every apartment in Montgomery and this is where I was led. My family and I are happy living here."
