Liberty Square Apartments

"I went to visit some friends and it felt like I was walking through Montgomery Sanitation Department when I went through the breeze way of the apartments. It was ridiculous. Trash was everywhere in the breeze way, by every door. I was terrified. However, when I got in the inside, it was very nice. They need to do a lot of cleaning and pressure washing in their breeze ways."

"They do not care about they tenants they came to inspect the issues with unit and stormed out the door with out talking about the issues because everything I shown them was valid now I'm waiting for legal aid service to help me with legal issues ...me and my children will not be over looked I'm going to court .if I won't be transferred to a different unit I'm moving they have no respect for tenants I don't want to live in Liberty square moved in 12/29/23. Moving before 03/15/ 2024 I don't want anyone else to experience this I'm being taken advantage of.the condition my unit in they had to know Bout it ..no excuse an they haven't fixed it yet ... I'm updated on rent .."

"My apartment is not up to part I'm fina move I only been here one month it mold.an mildew under sink in kitchen mildew dishwasher not even hooked up bathroom wall tow out not fix an painted jus sheet rock I promise you I wish I kept my money I don't have a mailbox they all tow up no light fixtures an my hot water don't get hot for real an im so unhappy I wasted my money period unsafe living environment with kids an mold an mildew it stank I been getting sick cause of the issues I even called they send them matainace people who don't never fix nothing correct it so sad i have to live in the condition for 922$ I paid my rent twice I'm moving asap I have neighbors knocking on the door begging an when I close my door they can hear me come an go the door raggedy"

"I’ve stayed out here for two years and the new landlord makes sure work orders are done in a short time frame . When I walk in the rent office I’m always nicely greeted. I highly recommend doing business with Lorenda and and Veronica very sweet ladies ."

"Horrible place to live! I lived there for 2 years and I hated it. It was my first apt and it was a horrible experience. Management is unprofessional and rude. I left my apt in good standings and they sued me for 578$. The neighborhood is ratchet and ghetto. It has the potential to be really nice be management sucks and they do not know how to manage a apt complex. Bugs and gnats take over your home! They let any and everybody move out there. Trash is everywhere. They do not fix things when they say they will! I was without a refrigerator for a wk. she tried to get me to pay for repairs for a refrigerator that was not mine. Do not move here! You’ve been warned."
