Woodley Oaks Apartments

"If you are considering moving here don't...maintenance and management is terrible I been without heat off and on for a month. I have been back and forth telling them about the situation and nothing I have even asked for corporate number but nothing. Please don't be fool ask some of the people who live here they will tell you anything to get you out there face and they don't know what they doing..."

"If you’re looking forward to moving to these apartments or any of the other apartments on Woodley Road RUN & FAST ! Ik some places may have a few issues but theirs are 3rd world country living conditions! I moved here back in March 24, 2023 & by March 25 we were wearing boots walking thru raw sewage with poop floating around for days . Then the office manager Robbyn Crawford who acts like she’s not aware of the issues that goes on out here does not care at all just your average slum lord who is looking to make a dollar. They also have a new girl in office she’s very frail & thin with glasses and a gap , you’ll think she’ll keep her mouth closed how ugly it’s set up but whatever. My apartment has flooded twice with raw sewage tht comes up on the tubs , sinks , and will ruin anything you have in closets (THANK GOD FOR INSURANCE) These people have really bad plumbing issues that have been going on for years apparently. They won’t hire a professional to fix any issue they have because they don’t want to pay like we don’t pay them enough rent ! They supposedly have a corporate but you’ll NEVER get a response. They will let you go days with raw sewage backing up in your home and will not accommodate or compensate anything . We have went days without getting someone to our unit to fix this issue. Then the place has a community staff almost , the person she claims is the “cleaning lady” stays over in the other unit & is the sorriest female that’s suppose to have the skills of cleaning I ever seen in my life … the whole community already knows so prepare to go after her once these bad floods happen . The last time she half cleaned and pushes clumps of raw sewage under the vanity they half place in a few days after my request. THE APARTMENT WAS A MESSSSS ! Long story short if you have kids , or elderly please find else where safe & worth your money these people don’t care one bit . The living environments are awful the staff awful there is no emergency maintenance, no corporate communication & you will lose more money than anything . Oh and what it’s worth they are even BBB approved so they may not even have a business license, I’ll hate for anyone to experience what I had to . & watch Mike with the brown Buick who suppose to be maintenance. He just sits in his car and drinks beers all day instead of doing any work , they also said his hands are extremely sticky so watch out !"

"Woodley Oaks is nice place to stay but I was up set about things they was trying to fix and they have fix them now and the water link in my house is done now they are fixing on getting the bathroom straight but that’s why I give them a five star"

"A wonderful place to live very clean and the property manager Ms. Crawford is not just a good manager she go over and beyond and you would think she is one of the maintenance"

"I love Mr.Ray!! He is always walking around speaking to everybody, he keeps it very clean! And even has an officer to check on everybody sometimes! Been living out here for years"
