I Finally chose These Apartments because it is against Apt Rules for people to be hanging out around The Apartments, but only in each residents designated areas! "This was the very first place I lived on my own. For someone just starting out it is an OK place to stay BUT if you are more established I wouldn't even consider it. The rent is the most reasonable for the size and for someone starting out or doing this on their own, such as myself as I am a single mom. The only thing I really liked about Amesbury is the fact that they had "cottage" style apartments and there was only one level with no one above you. But, my car was broken into twice while I lived there, someone stole my child's car seat. Maintenance does nothing on time, I had to call 3 days in a row every time I had a problem. My apartment was a wreck when I moved in. The cleaning crew did NOTHING except paint the walls and they got paint on the floors. My refrigerator didn't work, the tub stopper never worked, my blinds were never properly hung. They gave me the wrong key to start knowing I'm getting ready to move in, I never got notices hung on my door in a timely manner (the monthly newsletters they give never made it to my door before the 7th!). Wouldn't recommend this place to ANYONE!"

"I stayed at this location for nearly three years. It was good for me because it was my first apartment plus I was in Montgomery for school. I loved the old manager Jackie but when they fired her, everything went bad. The discount that you are promised is cancelled without good reasoning. When it rains, the lower level floods and they never fixed that issue. Trash is constantly everywhere and there fights nearly every weekend. The office managers are not helpful and cannot be trusted, get everything written down. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place at all. It's a old complex and there is no upgrades being done for the money you will be paying."
