"Very unprofessional management there. The property manager called my phone for an interview and within thirty minutes before my interview she wanted to rescheduled. Things happen though, said we rescheduled. Never heard anything back so I visited the property. I will say I dodged a bullet. It's very Ran down and theres trash all over the parking lot."

"Terribly infested with rats, cockroaches and fleas, yet the owner does absolutely nothing despite multiple exterminators telling them of them of their problems. Do not recommend"

"Unacceptable.... They will sell you trash as long as it stands. And the rent will go up since they are greedy. There is no quality in the apartments at all. They lied as if they have a courtesy officer which is isn't true. We have contacted the officer and he stated from his mouth....I AM NO LONGER A OFFICER THERE. They tell you it's assigned parking which is great for me since I have two small kids. I could carry them in with no worries at all about where to park. I have constantly had the issue of parking and it has yet to be resolved. I asked for repairs since i started staying here and they throw blame on the other property(which I won't name) as if I was just telling them about this issue. After two months of complaining, they finally changed my dishwasher. I am still awaiting for other items to be fixed as promised. They patch on things so much they forget that it's rigged. If this lease wouldn't cause issues to my name, I'd left after they replaced the dishwasher. Whenever you advertise something at least uphold one part of it. The only things loyal here is the lies that have been told. I have been here for 9 months. Not pleased at all."
