"0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND‼️ Summerchase apartments are a JOKE. Management is unbelievably awful. They’re unorganized, unprepared, and all out unprofessional. They pushed back the move In date not once but THREE TIMES due to their ignorance. And last but certainly not least they want you to sign the contract before you even get to see the apartment that you’re going to be living in. The apartment looked absolutely horrible and looks like it’s managed by Thurgoode Orenthal Stubbs from the show THE PJS. EMBARRASSING."

"I have lived at Summerchase for 3 years now and have never had any issues with the front office or maintenance. Any time I have had a maintenance request, it has always been taken care of that day or the next day. They are replacing all of the plumbing inside the walls to all of the apartments as vacants are coming available, which is much needed, as well as several other upgrades. The new owners seem to be putting a lot of money and upgrades to this community making it a much more family oriented atmosphere. My dogs love the dog park and the new gym is great! I highly recommend living here!"

"Terrible place to live. Management shares personal info of other tenants. They will supply a dryer unless you chose to use your own. When ours broke, we told them we needed a dryer, luckily, we got our fixed cause we never heard back about getting a new one. Will knock holes out of walls, pull insulation out, leave it on the floor, and don’t paint over where they patched the wall. Always get the “we will come back tomorrow.” Always check the lease, they tend to be a bit bad at math and can’t count out 12 months. Received no calls or emails about an owed balance, but it got sent to collection agency. From the time we moved in, the apartment already had mold growing in it, paint all over the floors and cabinets from their so-called remodeling, the door going to our balcony was glued shut, which maintenance never came to fix, our apartment always leaked into the downstairs apartment, and when it rained, our ceiling leaked, which was also never fixed. There is so much more wrong with this place, it’s unreal. Never have I seen an apartment complex so poorly managed. The place needs to be torn down, rebuilt, and put under new management. MAYBE THEN can I see paying to live here. Overall horrible place to live, horrible experience, horrible management, horrible upkeep, horrible parking lot, just horrible. Would recommend 0 out of 5 times. Would much rather find me a nice little cardboard box. Which will be all I can get since they will send your owes amount to a collection agency with no notice."

"This is by far the worst place to live! Let’s start with the staff. They act like they are nice and care and but in actuality they are scamming you! The entire time you are signing your lease and talking about it you verbally are talking about a 12 months lease. Well when my 12 months was up I moved out. Come to find out we signed a 13 months lease. Yes we signed it but we didn’t think about looking at the dates. Because who signs a 13 months lease? Well after talking to one neighbor he thought they signed a 12 months lease guess what they got them for 14 months! So I can only imagine how many more people they are screening over with this! Not to mention the inside of the “remodeled” apartments. Everything is falling apart. Roof leaks, inside of the walls leaks to the down stairs. They won’t fix anything and when they finally do they leave it a disaster! They cut an entire hole in my bathroom wall to fix the leak to the downstairs and leave the hole there for two days they come back piece it together and leave it unpainted! I could go on and on about the problems the place gave me but I payed my rent on time every month for 12 months and kept my apartment spotless no matter what. They will do anything to screw you over . I would not recommend this place to anyone! The rent is ridiculously high for what you get! Anyone still living there that thinks you signed a 12 months lease I would check before you get screwed over!"
