"I recently relocated from Raleigh and after searching for somewhere that felt safe for a single female, convenient, and had a new, fresh, feel, I chose The Cottages at Greystone. I think that the best part is that it doesn't feel like an apartment complex, it has a neighborhood feel that makes you want to say "hi" to your neighbor versus some complexes that you go from your car to your front door and don't look up. I will say COVID has changed everything as far as maintenance response time, Office hours, and expectations, but so far I can say I haven't had any issues with the apartment or the staff, everyone has been very welcoming and helpful while I learn the area!"
