"Overpriced for what I experienced. Bed was okay but bathroom was not clean. Door for fridge was broken before I checked in which I reported to the front desk clearly explained. To be seen at the front desk even took long. I did not damage anything and did not receive my $50 deposit back and charged me $68 and saying no idea about it. I am still dealing with it after two months."

"Jan 2024 looks like some remodeling happening here - no issues associated with that. Joining rooms are noisy from the neighbors, avoid if possible. Rooms facing the back are facing the woods, very quiet and no parking lot lights shining into your room."

"Ive stayed at this hotel a number of times and am very pleased to see renovations underway. The new rooms are very modern and clean with a great built in luggage bench. I was in a suite which had two huge wall mounted tv’s! Fun new addition of a free peanut butter and jelly station every night. Definitely my choice of lodging whenever Im in the area. Ill be back!"

"Health and Safety hazard. My original room 104 first floor- wasn't informed the property had a water leak of some sort that caused visable damage on the first floor. Room smelled of MOLD, water leak damage was visable on the ceilings in the room. Housekeeping did a poor job with preparing the room for guest. Before I could even inspect the bedding, the bedskirt was barely covering the boxspring, and at the head of boxspring, MOLD. The boxspring was covered with MOLD. The bedskirt also had BLOOD stained dripping down-BIOHAZARD. This room should not be rented to NO ONE!! Management need to remove the Boxspring 1st, Replace all carpeting, and place a ozone/humidifier in room. Front desk immediately placed me in another room 430. Well, nope it doesn't get better. A picture on the wall has MOLD visibly growing in the frame of the picture. Left for an hour only to find a bug crawling on my sheets, also the tub drain stopped up as I took a shower. I slipped and grabbed the handle bar, bruised the side of my foot by hitting the drain stopper. My significant other slipped as well and needed the handicapped acessible unit with shower (ADA) room 104 but it does not need to be rented to a dead person. We slipped in the shower because the tub enamel has worn out. Nope thats not all ELEVATOR #2 is missing the exit push button. The Alabama Elevator Inspection needs to come and inspect the broken elevator. Management needs to get maintenance or a plumber to fix the drainage immediately, remove the MOLD INFESTED picture in 430, and use the insurance money from the water leak and replace everything in all rooms from carpet, curtains, and all bedding. An inspection needs to be completed for all rooms before renting out to customers. Customers HEALTH and SAFETY is being jeopardize. Very disappointed that my significant other ADA accommodations was not accommodated. See attached pictures"

"Let me preface this with the front desk woman was very polite and super accommodating however the cleaning staff is very much lacking. Our first rooms we were sent to (second floor) smelled of mold and mildew SO BAD I felt asphyxiated, my father in law had the same experience, all the ac filters in our rooms were not maintained. The kind lady (new staff) at the front desk gave us a couple rooms to check out to make sure there was no smell. Father in laws new room, smelled fine, looked clean didn’t pay much attention at first. Not only were our sheets NOT replaced just “remade” the floors were absolutely disgusting, dog hair everywhere, they didn’t even try to vacuum! Smoot on our bathroom floor, all the surfaces on the room had a residue of some sort on them my imagination says vomit after wiping something chunky off of the table! NOT properly sanitized or cleaned. Later on I was notified that the cause of the musty and moldy odor was due to a plumbing leak that flooded the first and second story (see ceiling pic). All together absolute WORST experience I have ever had with a hotel. I have never had to leave a IHG property before tonight, highly do NOT recommend"
