"I have been here for 2 months, they offered me a renovated apartment, the room had a horrible smell that it took me 2 weeks to clean to remove, the microwave door was broken, the gasket on my refrigerator was peeling off, the kitchen counter had some stains which to date I have not been able to remove, I have had a power problem for a week, I went directly to the reception to ask for support, the young woman who was at the reception, completely rude, told me that they were on their way, I explained that I had work home office and there was no electricity, that was at 3 in the afternoon, I called one more time, he told me that they were already arriving, it was 5 in the afternoon and the office was already closed, I was left without electricity for the rest of the day. day, and now I can't have the washing machine and the stove on at the same time, because the power goes out and doesn't come back, and the maintenance service is terrible, apartment 825, if you have another option, don't rent here,"
"I came to Aventura today looking to take a tour of the apartments and welcomed by Anedia who was very helpful in the process. She said she just started there but it seemed like she’s had been there for years. She was very nice and knowledgeable and was able to answer all the questions that I needed. She helped me in trying to narrow down my decision on where to live and I thank her for that again"
"I have lived at Aventura for several months now and although the interior of the apartment is great, the response from staff and maintenance has been disappointing. Most of the time, when I can get someone on the phone in the office, the actual response for requests is minimal, if none at all. This mostly has to do with maintenance. I don't know that there has been one time that I haven't had to call back, attempted to email or try to put in a maintenance request online more than once or twice to get something addressed. Promises are made to get something handled and it takes forever. Then, when they do come, there is no notice that they actually came - No maintenance report is left, no note, etc. I had a request about my HVAC system and apparently they came out (online report says they did) but no idea what they did, if anything. No correspondence. I recently had an issue with my valet trash can and was promised someone from maintenance would come wash it out real quick (verbal promise from Melode in the office) because there is no water hose on site for tenants (valet trash company left a bag and an animal got in it - I would be happy to clean it myself, but no water source to use on site) and after calling for a follow up and submitting a request online, this still has not been done and no replies. I am paying $25 a month for the valet trash service and cannot utilize it because my trash can was left filthy. I completely understand if maintenance is sometimes short-staffed and don't expect a response or work done same day, but the communication is very much lacking and it makes it seem like the office does not care at all. It's very frustrating."
"The only reason for one star is that my apartment on the inside is pretty- otherwise there would be zero stars. But, the amount of trash that gets left all around the property is heartbreaking. Management has allowed trash from previously renovated apartments to sit piled up in the breezeways for weeks, and the breezeways themselves are nasty, stained and embarrassing. They need pressure washing in the worst way. I'm embarrassed to have visitors for the above reasons along with the trash at the main entrance that piles up pretty consistently. We pay way too much rent here to be living like this."
"We moved in end of April. All of the staff are very kind and professional, and we are so happy in our new home! The cats are loving it too! The neighborhood is quaint and my partner and I love to take walks when the weather is nice. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for an affordable luxury apartment complex with great amenities and beautiful renovations!"
