"2-27-24 I am updating my review. This place sucks. They are super sweet and welcoming at first. Of course they are because they want your money. I’ve lived here going on two years. So the raccoons do indeed own the apartments. They only really take care of the apartments in the front of the complex. There are constantly new faces in the front office. The water is always getting turned off with zero notification (going on two days in a row) They are full of excuses, and lack luster service. They lost a payment that I made to fix a door in my apartment that was never fixed, and when I moved out they tried to claim the payment through insurance again. The prices they quote are always wrong. Got a different unit in the complex to downsize. They knew I had a pet and changed my unit to a more expensive floor plan “because of my pet”. All of her information was listed on my application. I had already lived there for a year before I downsized. Why approve me for a unit just to say I can’t live there because my cat?… My rent is more than I was told it would be. Since I need a place to live, of course I’m paying it. They spray paint EVERYTHING! The paint peels and looks disgusting after a while. My second unit doesn’t have an adequate wash room to fit my washer and dryer. They didn’t tell me about that at all. The laundry mat by the front office is super difficult to use, if it works at all. I had to buy new appliances just to live in my apartment. Also you have to schedule your preventive extermination treatments, but I definitely pay for it every month automatically. If you are getting money for it regardless, why do I have to schedule that ? They also ask you in person to leave a positive review so yeah… that’s a thing to consider when looking through these reviews… So besides raccoons, no water, predatory pricing, and poor communication it’s a great place to live."
"I’ve had the pleasure of living in these apartments since 2018 I recently had a job change and Steven and Kayla has worked with me every step of the way . I really appreciate all the support they have shown me and my family over the years ."
"I still live here, I'm moving in a week. It's absolutely a scam. Management are temps until they quit. Maintenance are Temps until they quit. Nobody likes it here. The good reviews you see are from Management. The good reviews are written by the same person that uses exclamation marks after every sentence. There are no authentic good reviews. The racoons own this building. But the tenants pay rent. Goodluck"
"We have lived here almost 5 years! It's quiet and pet friendly!! My favorite property Manager is back Steven has returned so everything is running like it was since I first moved in!!! One of the best places I have lived in!"
"I've lived here for 2 years. I started having a raccoon problem about my last 7 months but they didn't do anything about it. Restless nights, constantly. Goodluck getting them to actually help with real maintenance problems. Black mold also showed up in my apartment. They didn't remove it just spray painted over it. Don't move here if you have health concerns. Had to move early because I feared the raccoons would fall through the ceiling. They also stated u couldn't change my lease from 13 months to 6 months so had to still pay rent even when I moved early."
