The rooms are very clean. The customer service is very helpful and kind housekeeping is amazing. Maintenance is wonderful. And the manager you couldn’t ask for someone better. She is absolutely a godsend to this place"

I got locked out of my house after I got off work and I called her like one 130 and she came out to unlock my door and I appreciate that because most places where you go they don’t wanna let you in. They say wait till in the morning but here are single select. They take care you like your family and once again, I would like to think Miss Jericho and her staff for being so kind and so sweet to all the families here"

"Ive been a tenant here for awhile and im not using my real name because I dont want to get kicked out. The management here is pathetic, the general manager is a lying immature POS who made up lies just so she could kick out a new tenant whose only crime was being attractive and getting attention. It’s obvious Jericho smokes meth, her husband was in jail on meth related charges. Just look at her she looks like she’s smoked it for 20 years, she looks rough as hell and she’s pregnant and still smokes cigarettes. She thinks all the tenants like her when the truth is we cant stand her we just don’t have anywhere else to go so we don’t want to get kicked her. Her own husband is afraid to stand up to her, shes just a pathetic excuse for a woman. She made up lies and kicked this new tenant out in fact she made up a few different stories she told her boss one thing something about a child couldn’t breathe because of meth. Theres no children in that girl’s building, her children never came and there is no central heat and air if she was smoking they wouldn’t smell it in the apartment below. She told the tenant that she was smoking drugs on the property which is a bold faced lie and the cameras would prove that but i bet shes taking care of that. Her husband was in jail for meth, their friend whose the maintenance guy just got out of rehab for meth and smokes pot in the stairwell. So if anyone is on meth it’s Jericho and her group. This other woman was healthy, in shape and beautiful. Jericho looks like shes 15 years older then she is, has smoked meth and cigarettes and been around the block a time or two. She was jealous of a alpha female who was everything she’s not and never would be. I wish corporate would clean house and put some decent honest people in here because we all walk on egg shells around Jericho and she even told the tenants if she found out they were even talking to the woman she kicked out that they would get kicked out too. There are roaches everywhere in all the rooms it’s disgusting and they dont care. They’re to busy smoking and scheming to take care of us. They’re trying so hard to het my review taken down but were sick of being silent. After the other night enough is enough. Innocent, good people deal with the wrath of witch Jericho if they so much as disagree with her. I wouldn’t have that bunch working for me under any circumstances because if that uneducated piece of trash can be a GM anyone can."
