"I am a owner of a small cleaning business and I completed some work for this company in September (I was contacted by Diamond) and October (I was contacted by Andrea) and they are refusing to pay me. I contacted the property and it seems that both ladies are no longer working there anymore. I have sent countless of emails and photos showing proof that I completed work. I just want to get paid and never work for the this company again, this is how I make my living. I have requested to speak with someone from corporate but I'm honestly not expecting to hear from anyone because it takes days for them to respond to emails. This review is to warn other small businesses to steer clear from doing any work for this company unless you are getting paid in advance."

"The staff is very accommodating and care about their residents. Moving in during a multi-million dollar renovation has caused some inconveniences but the staff continues to attempt to deliver the best quality service they can. The maintenance team is great as well. My only complaint is I wish they chose a more reputable company to contract their Wi-Fi services through."

"Noah is the best! He made our move in super easy and even accommodated our move in date so we wouldn’t have to pay an extra month at our old place. There were a few things still needing maintenance done when we moved it but it was taken care of pretty quickly. Overall a good apartment complex!"

The maintenance staff is GREAT!! They are all super friendly. I have had the pleasure of meeting the supervisor, D, who helped me solve my maintenance issue less than 5 minutes after bringing it to his attention. All around great community!"

Diamond in the office has been very helpful and kind and Rodrick on the maintenance team is great! I've had two maintenance issues that occurred in the evening and weekend that needed immediate attention and both times the maintenance team has been there within minutes and fixed the issue!"
