"Honestly this plane was pretty decent but the rooms were definitely very old and poorly kept and renovated. There was rust around all the water facets, the cabinets were rotting on the bottom due to obvious water damage as well at shaky and poorly done. But honestly I could look passed ALL of that except the fact that the place is not cheap and very small and they charge for EVERYTHING! They charge for parking and only allow 2 vehicles. And yes they charge for laundry wash and dry. And $6 for ice. Just save your money drive an hour farther and go to a nicer beach in Florida and you will actually spend less money and have a much better condo."

"The room needs to be updated. It said it was on the website but definitely was not. The bed was not very comfortable and the kitchen table and chairs were to big for the space but all in all our stay was nice. The grounds are beautiful and the pools were nice and the ocean view was gorgeous. We would stay again."

"It’s a amazing place to stay it feels like a penthouse instead of one room that had beds in the living room it has 2 bathrooms and a master bedroom and the other room for the kids and a living room with smart tv also it has a balcony to chill on I love how it has a hot tub a pool and the beach beside it I recommend you to go here"

"Lacked in customer service & communication!!!! They scheduled painting in our unit & didnt tell us anything about it!!! We had to move all valuables out because our door had to be left open all day & there was nothing that could be done about it. Everyone in that whole unit was being painted as well. We had saw the work being done on top floor a few days earlier. But assumed those units was vacant at that time. But wasn't!!. Grounds was very nice. Looked like our unit was close to beach from online pictures, which it wasn't. BE CAUTIOUS VACATIONING HERE & WITH THIS COMPANY!!"
