"Worst condo vacation experience I have had in 40 years. We stayed at bay John in 306 June 12-19. When we arrived we found that the pool was not open and the gym was also closed our entire stay. The kitchen sink did not drain, the toilet did not work and the dryer was also not operational. The condo maintenance fixed the issues within two days. I’m not saying they did not fix things. However with the pool and gym both closed that leaves nothing to do on the property. We will never rent another property managed by Waves property management."

"On day 2 of our 4 night stay. Could not be happier! Condo is clean, has everything we could possibly need! The pool is clean and very close. We have 2 adults and 6 kids and we are all very comfortable and have plenty of beds and bedding to accommodate. We will definitely be back! Highly recommend!"

"Such a beautiful condo!!! Easy check in and out. Only problem was the dining room. Apparently the chairs had been broken and glued back together which caused the chair to break and injure a family member. They were very fast to replace the broken chairs with a bench which was fine because the condo is very spacious. Even with that being an issue I plan to return to this same condo in the future. Beautiful view of the marina, clean pool, luxurious rooms. Great place to visit!!!!"

"We look forward to spending a few days at Bay John every summer. Very calming atmosphere with breathtaking views of sunsets on Oyster bay (photos are by my wife). Amenities include a gym, enclosed swimming pool, barbecue grills, and a fishing pier. Some condos here are better than others, but all are very spacious and well-furnished. I'm hesitant to post such a glowing review, because the more people who know about this jewel, the more competition we'll have for great vacation days, but what can I say? I'm a giver."
