"I had a special rim on my tires but didn't have the tool to remove the lug nuts per AAA. I found the shop on google and called the owner (son) and asked if he had a specialty tool. He told me to come by and continued to follow up until I showed up. I got there and he did not have the actual size of the nuts. But he made a way. He was able to remove the nuts and then took me to the store to get what I needed and did not charge me additional than what he quoted me. Very informative and detailed with patience. I definitely will be back because he has to change out the other tires. Thank you"
