"I wouldnt even put a star. Customer service was terrible. It took an hour and a half to have my order delivered. Called the store twice to get an update on my order. When I called the second time the worker hung up on me. My husband then called back and said I was disrespectful when I wasn't... ordered at 1050 pm and it's now half hour after midnight. Will never buy from this establishment again."

"I bought a cookie and cup of ice cream this evening. It was delicious, but the cashier seemed like she would rather die than be there. In every interaction I had with her, she was incredibly rude. She had headphones in the whole time and was talking on the phone to someone. I understand they’re probably short staffed and it’s a manager problem more than anything, but don’t take it on me for wanting to buy something. I won’t be coming back."

"I’m not sure why this place has such low reviews but my daughters and I went yesterday afternoon after dinner to “try out” their cookies. Yes the parking is very scarce so I understand that low review part but what do you expect from a downtown store? As for the cookies, I thought they were delicious! They were fresh and we warmed them up when we got back to our hotel. I don't find they were overpriced for the quality. The staff was nice and the restaurant was clean and cute. Yes there is limited seating for staying. But again, it’s a downtown location. I would definitely go back and maybe try the ice cream with the cookies!"

"My favorite thing about Insomnia is that there’s always something new to try! They always have new and different seasonal flavors in both ice cream and cookies. The staff is nice, the store is clean and very cute, and of course they’re open late. It’s also worth noting they’re cash only. I always know I can find something at insomnia after a long day!"
