"I went in very excited to get my hair done, because of health issues my hair has been thinning and I haven't felt the most beautiful so my daughter recommended I go to the salon she has used multiple times. I left feeling upset, because my hair looked the same only the ends were trimmed. Most people said it doesn't look any different only shorter. I explained everything to Sydney but I didn't get anything but a trim. I wanted some layers and a little different look from what I have had 20 yrs. I didn't understand the fact I had to stand while she cut my hair I was told it's because my hair is long. After working all day I was exhausted and barely able to stand, but then I paid to have my daughters hair cut also and she had her stand. I was use to the hairdresser that would look at your hair and make a recommendation for what would look best on you, but that wasn't the case with Sydney she kept asking me what i wanted and I ask her what she recommends but no answers i paid 54.00 for both hair cuts and I don't really want to go to another salon I feel like theres no need I can trim my hair at home. I just wanted to feel beautiful and thought getting my hair done would make me feel better."
