Firstly, one of your employees, whose behavior was both rude and unprofessional, refused to handle my receipts or pass items directly. This lack of basic customer service etiquette is wholly unacceptable and left a lasting negative impression. Furthermore, our visit was marred by an unsettling encounter with a creepy individual who appeared to be following us throughout the store. This not only compromised our sense of security but also created a highly uncomfortable environment for my family. When we approached an Ulta employee to address this issue, the response was disappointingly unhelpful, and the situation was not adequately addressed. This dual experience highlights the need for immediate attention to both customer service training and security measures at Ulta. Employees should be well-equipped to handle various customer interactions, and security protocols should be in place to ensure the safety and comfort of all patrons. I strongly urge Ulta to invest in comprehensive training programs for employees, emphasizing the importance of providing excellent customer service. Additionally, a review and enhancement of security measures are crucial to prevent incidents like the one my family encountered. It is my hope that Ulta takes swift action to address these issues, ensuring a positive and secure shopping experience for all customers."

"Always great helpers in the store that know exactly where to point you. They are also very knowledgeable about their products which are MANY! ULTA has pretty good deals/incentives a lot of the time."

"The associates are very nice and attentive without being obtrusive. Obviously, their scent collection is a bit pricey, but it's high-end fragrances, not knockoff body sprays! Their men's fragrance collection is decent, but it could definitely be expanded a bit. I was disappointed that some scents weren't available to test. Overall, the staff made for a great experience, though!"
