"Don’t Move Here APARTMENT N ACS ARE FULL OF MOLD CARPET AS WELL AS CABNIETS ITS ALSO WATER MARKS ON CEILINGS. New manager is rude terrible attitude an talks negatively about tenants while other tenants are around. After reporting her n her man I was targeted they never replaced my ac unit n it took 4 months for my water leak to b addressed the apartment already had mold which now it’s mold present under cabinets as well as ac unit my rent changed after I reported management in the middle of my lease management or corporate wanted to tell me why but forced me to pay DO NOT MOVE HERE"

"Air conditioner always broken had to get window units to stay cool during the summer. Made multiple maintenance requests and they would come slap a bandaid on it and it would last maybe 2 weeks. Management changed and never contacted me for the move out process like the emails stated they would. If at all possible avoid the place and find somewhere else. Glad I was only staying there for work and not a permanent resident"

"Warning: DO NOT MOVE HERE... as the previous reviews stated the front office is difficult to reach and it is always an attitude. The front office will lie and then deny. This place is hell. Nothing is getting fixed in a timely manner. These apartment are not the luxury apartments that is advertised. beware nothing is as it seems with this apartment complex.. I have been lied to several times and still have unresolved issues ... this is a terrible place ..."

"The worst place I have ever lived and so glad I was able to move from there after experiencing hell for 2 years. Office personal changes like the weather so you’ll never know who’s in there. No one never answers the phone or responds to email and the reason they give is that they are out on the property, that’s not true at all. I’ve went to the office and called while inside and never heard the phone ring!!!!! While living there, I’ve had mold in the second bathroom that they came to scrap off but came right back!!!! The kitchen light was out for over a year and no one never came to fix it, but I was told that I had to change the light myself. The parking is horrible by building 12 and if you park on the curb, you’re risking waking up to your car being towed. I’ve moved out and turn my keys in before my lease was up but they didn’t move me out in the system until 10 days later which caused fees to be charged. It’s now April and I’m still waiting on the issue to be resolved, but how when they keep the ringer off on the phone and they never respond to my emails. I have contacted everyone I know how to contact and it’s getting frustrating. My next step is court."

"NEVER RENT HERE. Worst customer service ever. The staff barely answers the phone and always have an attitude. Maintenance never comes on time to fix anything. I need a whole A/C unit and my air was out all weekend with it being up to 80-90 degrees in my apartment during the summer when it was over 100 degrees outside. It has went out several times because they are too cheap to put in a new unit. Maintenance emergency lied about coming I had to wait until Monday. They never follow up with you regarding anything. They hate when you come into the office! So unprofessional by far the worst experience I have ever had! My biggest regret and mistake was moving here. Do yourself a favor and save your money it’s not worth it at all."
