"I haven't moved in yet, just applied yesterday and let me tell y'all something!! Deanna and the owners of this complex are amazingly thoughtful ppl. When I say they are on top of every need of their residents...it's like being back at my parents home!!! Just communicate with them and keep their property clean and you'll be able to live Your Best life! I sat in the office and did my walkthrough from 11:30am until 4:30pm, I felt so welcomed and comfortable talking to Deanna, maintenance man Ken and a number of residents that were visiting her! I can't wait to enjoy the luxury of their apartment home at the 513, it gave me a mini ROSS BRIDGE vibes with the church and ice truck!!! And the pool was beautiful and Sparkling!! Omg omg omg, update...couldnt get an answer about my application. Had to travel back to go to the office, to find out she rented it to another person. Smh"

"This is by far the WORST COMPLEX I HAVE STAYED IN. Yes the office staff is on top of everything when your trying to move in but that’s it !! I have been here 9 months and really thinking about if I wanna re-sign my lease. To me all they care about is if you pay your rent. I’ve emailed them numerous times about things for them to come look at and fixed. AND ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. there are cracks in my ceilings. I’ve seen lil baby roaches and Spiders coming out of them, but I pay for pest control……. So yeah they give a great first impression but after your moved in. It seems the rent is the only thing that becomes important."

"Horrible experience. No fuks given.. I was told something would be available 2 weeks ago. First thing I did. Was gave them the letter saying I paid off all of collections. Asked if I needed a cosigner, they said no,. Told them I'm sleeping in my car, i needed somewhere asap, not that anyone cares. I called back a week later and was told I needed the letter proving I paid off my collection. "Oh I'm sorry we'll have to send it again and have it reviewed." Another week goes by. No answer. Said I would get a phone call in about an hour. No one has called. All around horrible experience."

"We could not have asked for a better leasing experience. Reneshia was very knowledgeable of the property and answered all of our questions with ease. She was super patient and very friendly!!! If every staff member is like her I can’t wait to call this place HOME!!!"
