"Yesterday, my girlfriend and I were initially suppose to move into The Park at Buckingham but one hour before, we received a text saying that we wouldn't be able to move into our apartment because it wasn't ready yet. We got approved for the apartment the first week of December & here it is, almost the third week of January & the apartment was not done. Good thing we hadn't signed the lease yet because my girlfriend & I decided that this was a property that we would probably have more problems with down the line. We cut our loses, got our deposit back, & went back to the drawing board. We stumbled across this property, put in an application, & headed that way. Millanne N was exceptional! Even though it was later in the afternoon, she still took her time walking us through the property & showing us all the perks. Her customer service & professionalism was unmatched! She sold us on the property before we even made it to the unit that we would be living in. She was phenomenal.
