"I've had a good experience here. It's one of the cheapest places in town and the landlord has been good to me. If something was broken it got fixed in a timely manner. I've been late a couple of times on my rent and they didn't charge me more. The only thing I don't like is that there isn't a lot of meal prep space in the kitchen. Quite small counter space, so if you're an aspiring chef you may want to look elsewhere. Besides that, however, I've had a great time the year+ I've been here."
