"I don't know where to start. My mother lived at these apartments for 9 years. In those 9 years there have been over 7 different management teams. Each has been replaced for alleged stealing funds. The resource center that helps people with rental assistance stated that there were strange things that were happening at this property, because residents were getting over charged and even payments not being applied. My mother apartment was on the first floor and a family above her had a pipe busted and the water flooded my mother apartment, and they never came to fix the damage that the leak from the above apartment had done. One thing is consistent at this location, the management team don't answer the phone in the office, they don't respond in a time manager when you go to the office, and the young lady Kim Brower is rude, nasty attitude and will be the apartment complex lawsuit on how closely she flirts with almost racist. The week we moved my mom from out of there we were thinking about getting new and the news reporters to investigate this complex, but my mother decided not to report due to her moving. They don't fix anything, nor do they truly care about the tenants. With it being so many different managers the fact that it's a forever problem seems to show it's corporate problem. The maintenance isn't qualified to fix anything, summertime the air conditions don't work, and the maintenance can't fix it because they don't have the certs to fix it. There is standing water outside the patio that gives off a horrific smell. Packages that are left in the front office comes up messing. We had to leave special notes on the delivery services to make sure they bring packages to my mother door. The tenants out there now should reach out to the Equal Housing or Public Housing, Senators, news center, or newspaper of the living conditions from the not fixing anything to the mold."
"There is standing water that is destroying the entire Apartment #314 where I live, which is connected to the sidewalk and will not go underground. It smells extremely terrible and this needs fixing because I can't sleep in my bedroom and I have to sleep in in the living room. This problem needs to be fixed right now, or else you need to grant me another apartment that is extremely clean and strictly on the first floor because of my health conditions. Update: I notice a lot of black bats flying in the area where I live because there are no lights working near every front door. They need to do something about these black bats hanging around dark areas at night. They are carrying rabies and COVID and that's extremely dangerous. We need real working lights near the doors at all times because these bats are hanging around way too much."
"The apartments seem decently maintained. The entryway to several of them seem rickety and need to be replaced. The population in these apartments is very dense. There is a central refuse center for the entire complex."
"I really like the quietness here. The manager is very personable. She has always gone out of her way to help me and fix anything very quickly."
"My refrigerator went out. I called the office to see if they would replace this one. Asked me if they brought me another refrigerator or fixed this one. My food that goes in the freezer I had to get rid of it. Iβm so ready to move."
