"Previous guests hair in the sink, shower and all over the bathroom floor. Huge turn off from ever staying here again. No clue why it's so difficult to clean a bathroom properly. Loud property as well. I could hear the guests next to me as well as above. I'll choose different accommodations with future trips to this area."

"Recently stayed in this location with two rooms and was very disappointed with the cleanliness of both rooms. Each needed new linens as they contained hair and debris. One of the couches was still littered with popcorn and chips. Lastly, both bathrooms were very much in need of a cleaning. I do want to mention the front desk personnel were absolutely awesome and accommodating! I frequent Hilton branded hotels because of service and quality but this stay was a letdown."

"I had a very bad experience at the hotel and I would not recommend this to anyone.. Though the room and hotel looked neat, the faucet in the bathroom sink was broken and there was no basis amenities like Soap, Shower Gel or Shampoo and the Sofa was very dirty with some stains and pet hair on it.. I asked them to change the room but the transfer of room and even the room was as bad as the original room I was given. This was not just my experience even heard the same from other room members who stayed in that hotel. The only best thing about this hotel is the location and some restaurants around it."

"We are loyal to the Hilton brand, so thought we’d give this place a try on our way home from a long road trip. Won’t be staying at a Home2 again. Didn’t know about the pet-friendly aspect, but do not appreciate the wear & tear that causes, nor the dander in the HVAC system. Found human hairs in my ripped bedding. Pipes were loose in the shower, which was hot, but my towels were damp—don’t even like thinking about why. Proximity to the highway made for lots of noise all night long. Made it though the night (slept in my coat and slippers because I didn’t want to use the sheets/blankets), then got the heck outta there."

"This is the last time we stay in a Home2 Suites unless we are faced with no other options. In the last couple of years, we’ve stayed at Home2 Suites twice. Both times, the service, breakfast, and accommodations weren’t up to par, particularly the breakfast. At breakfast, they always seem to run out of things like bowls, spoons, waffle mix, and so forth. Each time you go to get something, you’re faced with a dilemma. For example, when you want cereal, you have to use a coffee cup because there are no bowls. Or, when you want yogurt, you have to eat it with a knife or fork because there are no spoons. One of the waffle makers was broken. I noticed that a man was having to wait at the front desk for a long time because the person working the front desk was having to replenish the breakfast items. They need more help. One person shouldn’t be shouldered with doing it all. That’s probably why they were out of things—because the desk clerk is helping someone so they aren’t able to wash dishes. There was a lot of road noise, more so that would be typical, even next to an interstate highway. The room was in disrepair in several spots. The control for the shower was way off center from the faucet. The hangers for towels were falling out of the wall. The phone wasn’t even plugged in. I’ll add photos with this review. It’s not what I would expect from the Hilton name. When I was growing up in the 70s and 80s, the name Hilton is something I associated with top-notch hotel accommodations. Sadly, I no longer make that association."
