"The rooms was nice and cozy i got the suite 1 king bed the original Price was to much really for the powder eggs and sausage then my apple juice had something in my cup and they are under renovation but the area is good for eating"

"My husband and I booked 4 nights, right after Christmas. There were some positives and a lot of negatives about the hotel. The staff were friendly, the location was great, the price was cheap, and breakfast was free. Beyond that there was a lot to be annoyed about. The first room we had 103 had quite a few issues. The bathroom door was rotted at the bottom and would scrape along the floor. The toilet made a squealing noise for at least 1 minute after it was flushed. The bathtub nozzle was very loose and it took a lot of fiddling to turn it off. The first night, the shower or toilet from room 203, leaked thru the ceiling flooding our bathroom and making a bulge in the ceiling. We asked to move that night but we're told there was only one other room left in the hotel and the lock wasn't working. As a side note, Our room keys had to constantly be reprogramed. They usually worked for one entry. Luckily we were on the first floor. We were moved to room 109, and the tub wouldn't drain and the sink would never fully turn off. The only ice machine that worked was on the 3rd floor. I found that out, by going to each floor. Pay a little more, I don't recommend this place."

"We stayed on route to Georgia. The heating didn't work in the room we were allocated and on asking to be moved the surly receptionist gave us the handicapped room. The shower was broken and the room shabby. Breakfast in the morning was a pleasant surprise - good choice, This hotel needs a total renovation and more friendly staff."

"The Holiday Inn express is now the Comfort inn. The new management is horrible! Ive stayed here several times and always felt very pleased with the facility and especially the helpfulness of the staff. Gabby is the new GM and oh boy is she hateful. She 100% not only lacks customer service skills she lacks human compassion. Myself and another customer came to the front desk to extend our stay from the previous night where we were informed that because we were local residents they would not rent to us. Which is fine if that is their policy. The problem is they should have communicated this upon arrival. Not to mention she charged my card anyways. They refunded it but of course the bank has to hold it for 5 to 7 business days before I can access that money again. What's worse is the poor lady next to me booked and prepaid online for 5 days. She too will have to wait 5 to 7 business days before getting that money returned. So she has no where to go, no way to accsess her money (Close to $800.) And its 5 days till Christmas. Yet she was allowed to stay the night before. It makes no sense! Shame on you Gabby. You call that Hospitality? I call that cruel. I pray the Lord softens that rock hard heart of yours. And i also pray upper management teaches you better customer service skills before you run their business into the ground. I 100% do not recommend staying at any comfort inn hotels if this type of treatment to their customers is at all exeptable. But i definitely would not recommend this location where Gabby works. What a disgrace!"
