The maintenance team are very knowledgeable of the business and skilled I met a man named Will over maintenance and he insured me of safety of maintenance services. Awesome employees for this establishment."

Amazing service, and his personality really adds to the experience. Very responsive to any needs. I can’t say enough great things about how helpful he is. Willing to go the extra mile for their residents. Communication is key and they do not lack in that department. Everyone is so friendly and has been every time I’ve spoken with them. I absolutely love the location and amenities this place has to offer. So convenient to many places is always a plus. Love the life of the city at night. The sunsets in the evening are especially beautiful. I gotta say I’m enjoying my stay here at Thomas Jefferson Tower and with this team and location I know many more will feel the same."
