"Very unprofessional group of people. They are not for the people. They have their wall clock set 10 mins fast just to make people lose hope. There is absolutely no hope for our people. Zero compassion zero communication. Nobody knows anything at the office. No apology just a set up to fail."

Ms Kenzie .. an needs to be out the office.. they can't explain anything right.. don't act professional at all. Taylor Brown as well"
"I would give this office a zero if it was an option. This office customer service is the worst I've ever experienced. There's rental companies like Barrington that want even take on new renters because the service is so horrible. The clerks are very disrespectful and there's no regard for human dignity or privacy at this office. The so call, call center is just as bad because you don't receive a call back and they don't have any answers to any of your questions. The government shouldn't allow people to be mistreated this way. I've been waiting for an inspection for three weeks and there's a deadline on my voucher and to get an extension will take another month. This is absurd....."
"They have one old lady who slowly works the front desk & half the time doesn’t know the simple answers to applicant or resident questions. The supervisors & staff at the location at the 3rd Ave S. Will justify their poor & unprofessional actions. They will tell you that they have hundreds of calls coming in every second of every hour. Or the old lady is on her one hour lunch break. They will NOT answer your calls but they WILL continue to send you to voicemail. I have visited this location multiple times & I have watched the office staff do more talking to each other than on the phone. It took me exactly 38 times before I actually spoke with someone. Good Luck!"
