"I moved in to Eagle Ridge last month after relocating from North Carolina. I wasn’t able to physically tour the apartment but Liz was gracious enough to do a FaceTime tour for me. I was happy that when I actually moved in it looked just like the apartment I toured virtually. The signing of the lease and obtaining keys was quick & simple. After getting unpacked and settled in the first week I noticed some things that needed repaired or some attention from the maintenance staff. Most items have been addressed but still have a couple items left that I’m waiting on a response back from Liz and/or Devin. As for the the community I do enjoy living at Eagle Ridge so far though. It’s quiet and the other residents seem nice. There are a few that don’t seem to want to clean up after their pet so there is dog waste you have to be careful of. They only get four stars from me because they do NOT communicate well or respond quickly, if at all. It’s almost as if you have to go into the office and that sometimes doesn’t yield results. I’m hopeful that they’ll be more responsive and communicative going forward. I’d recommend giving them a chance if you’re looking for a place to live!"

"We came for a tour. The complexes appear nice on the outside, but the insides of the apartment are definitely undesirable. We even found a broken drawer that was hanging on at an angle. The pool appears fine from far away, but at a closer glance it is dirty."

"One of the cleanest apartment complexes I’ve ever lived in. One of the great things about Eagle Ridge is the management and maintenance team. Every maintenance request of mine was completed within 24 hours. The amenities are fantastic, and the aesthetic of the community is so appealing. I always recommend this complex to my friends looking for apartments to move into."
