"There aren't any procedures in place for complaint, noise, disturbing the peace etc. Have some very disrespectful and inconsiderate neighbors, have made complaints to no avail. Nothing's been or being done!! The complex itself is quiet, but dealing with rude inconsiderate people as your neighbor makes it hard to consider continuing to live here."

"The complex is actually very laid back, good Police presence and quiet. But the roach problem out here is getting out of hand. I've been out here nearly 3 years and just left them a note in the office about the roaches. I don't want to move out, but I'm close to doing it."

"This is an ok place to live depending on your level of living. I have been a resident since April 2019. When I 1st got the apartment my air worked but I had a rat in my apartment. I told them about the rat and they came and put two small little dollar store traps down in my apartment. My air has been out for two months. I keep calling and they swear their fixing it but it doesn't work. It is currently 85 degrees in my apartment as I type. I should not have to go buy an air conditioner for an apartment with a thermostat. The thermostat is rigged. When I moved into the apartment neither air nor heat was on the thermostat. The only they are gonna do is change the filters that's it. I'm planning to move soon and not tell them....because this is ridiculous....I have holes all around my apartment on my porch and I took pictures when I moved in."

"They refuse to spray and i get tired of roaches from other neighbors. Mailboxes need repairing, blue linings on the roofs(leaks) instead of repairs. Pot holes everywhere and i've asked them for months to clean my air ducts, need new paint jobs inside apartments ,,,just sorry. And i'm never late on my rent or cause problems. The area i stay in is quiet is the only reason i gave them a 2."
